Protecting your private information is our priority. This Privacy Policy applies to Course Creator 360, Inc. ("Course Creator 360," "CC360," "we," "us," or "our") and explains what personal information we collect, what we do with it, what we do not do with it, how we keep it safe, and how you can manage your consent or restrict data collection and processing. By using our sites, tools, or services, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.
This policy applies to Course Creator 360, Inc. and to every website, subdomain, application, funnel, and free tool we operate, including but not limited to:
Wherever this policy says "our sites" or "our services," it means all of the above. These are information and reference sites and marketing applications used to generate leads for our business and, in some cases, for our clients. We add new tools and subdomains over time, and this policy covers them automatically. Please keep in mind that if you voluntarily disclose personally identifiable or sensitive information through a public area of our sites, that information may be collected and used by others.
We only collect the minimum amount of data necessary to deliver an optimal experience. We do not collect personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it, or it is collected automatically as described below. Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
You may be asked to provide personal information when you register for an account, enter a promotion, sign up for offers, use one of our tools, or send us a message.
Some of our free tools generate a personalized report or plan for you using automated and AI-based systems. When you submit a website address to one of these tools, our system visits and reads a limited number of public pages on that website (typically up to ten pages, one time), respects the site's robots instructions, and identifies itself honestly as our tool. We use what we read, together with the details you submit, to generate your report with the help of AI. We do not log in to your site, and we only read pages that are publicly available. If you submit a description of your idea instead of a website, we use that description in the same way.
If you give us your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Course Creator 360 related to the tool or service you requested and to our products and offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying OUT (or STOP) to any message, and you can reply HELP for help. Opting out of text messages does not remove you from email or other communications. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.
Our sites may use cookies to help personalize your online experience. A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a web server. Cookies cannot run programs or deliver viruses, are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a server in the domain that issued them. They help us recognize you on return visits and save you time. You can accept or decline cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers accept cookies automatically, but you can usually change your settings to decline them. If you decline cookies, you may not be able to fully use some interactive features of our sites. Some pages may also include measurement tools from advertising partners such as Meta (Facebook) that help us understand which ads work.
We share your information only in these limited ways:
We take appropriate measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. When sensitive information such as a payment card number is transmitted, it is protected using encryption such as the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. That said, no method of transmission over the internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You acknowledge that there are security and privacy limitations inherent to the internet that are beyond our control, and that the security, integrity, and privacy of information exchanged with us cannot be guaranteed.
We may store your data on servers provided by trusted third-party hosting vendors with whom we have contracted. Generated reports and related records are kept on a limited retention schedule and then deleted.
Course Creator 360 provides access to proprietary templates, AI buildouts, and other automated systems as part of its software subscription. These are included in the suite of intellectual property offered upon joining our software, along with support, education, coaching, and more.
As such, we reserve the right to decline any requests to transfer any content, templates, or buildouts from within your CC360 sub-account to Go High Level or any other third-party platform. While you are free to cancel your subscription and move to Go High Level if you wish, CC360 is not obligated to assist in transferring any materials or intellectual property acquired through the software to a different platform. By choosing to join CC360, you acknowledge that part of the service you are paying for includes access to our exclusive resources, which may not be available outside of our platform, and that any request to transfer these resources to other platforms may be refused at our discretion.
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, update your consent preferences, or request that we completely remove your personal data from our systems. To make a request, contact us using the details below. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our commercial emails, and from text messages by replying OUT or STOP.
California residents: You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion of your personal information, to correct it, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Because we do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law, there is no need to opt out of a sale. You may exercise your other rights by contacting us below.
Our sites and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask a parent or guardian for permission before using our sites. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Our sites may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any site that collects personally identifiable information.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by sending a notice to the primary email address associated with your account, by placing a prominent notice on our sites, or by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Your continued use of our sites and services after an update constitutes your acknowledgment of the modified policy and your agreement to be bound by it.
We welcome your questions or comments about this policy, and this is how you exercise your privacy rights, including requesting or deleting your data:
