Contractor Agreement for Course Creator 360

1. Introduction

This agreement is between Course Creator 360 ("our company") and you ("Contractor"). It outlines the terms for the services you'll provide across various tasks like funnel building, automations, email copywriting, and more.

2. Scope of Work

You’ll only be assigned projects based on the specific GHL skillsets you have. We won’t give you tasks outside of your expertise, but it’s up to you to let us know which skills you're proficient in.

Here are some of the types of projects we offer:

  • Funnel and Website Building
  • Automation and Workflow Building
  • Email Building and Copywriting
  • Course and Community Building
  • Form and Survey Building
  • Calendar Creation
  • Payment Integrations and Product Creation (e.g., Stripe, PayPal)
  • Opportunity and Pipeline Buildouts
  • DNS Expertise & Mailgun Integration
  • Graphic Design (for websites/images)

You need to be 100% confident in any skillset you claim to have. If you take on a project and don’t meet expectations, we may dock your pay or withhold payment for that project. So, only accept projects for skills you’re fully proficient in.

3. Project Assignment and Acceptance

We'll offer you projects with a clear budget and scope. You can choose to accept or pass on these projects. If you reject more than 3 projects without good reason, we may stop offering you new work.

We always aim to set fair prices and are open to discussing terms. However, we do expect flexibility when it comes to project acceptance.

4. Payment Terms

Funnels and Websites: The base rate is $35 for a funnel up to 5 pages ($7 per page). If a higher price is needed due to complexity or scope, we’ll discuss it with you and the project manager. While we must stick within the client’s budget, we’re always willing to have a conversation if you feel the price is not fair. However, if you're difficult during these discussions, it may affect future project opportunities. Our prices are set at fair market rates that most contractors in this space charge.

Other Projects: Includes any of the following project types for GHL skills:

  • Funnel and Website Building
  • Automation and Workflow Building
  • Email Building and Copywriting
  • Course and Community Building
  • Form and Survey Building
  • Calendar Creation
  • Payment Integrations and Product Creation (e.g., Stripe, PayPal)
  • Opportunity and Pipeline Buildouts
  • DNS Expertise & Mailgun Integration
  • Graphic Design (for websites/images)

Payments will be sent through Wise once the project is approved by the client. This works the same way as platforms like Fiverr—no payment is issued until the client approves the final delivery.

5. Performance Expectations

We will measure contractor effectiveness by three main criteria:

  1. Turnaround Time: Turnaround time will vary depending on the project. Simple tasks should be finished within 24 hours. For more complex projects, you’ll need to provide an estimated delivery time and stick to it.
  2. Quality: Your goal is to ensure the client is happy with the work. If significant revisions are required or the client expresses frustration over a lack of attention to detail or poor output, that is a major red flag.
  3. Communication: This involves promptly communicating with both the project manager and the client. You must adhere to the communication policies outlined later in this document.

6. Full-Time Opportunities

A full-time position will only be considered after you’ve worked for a full month. During that time, if your turnaround time, quality, and communication are top-notch, you’ll receive significantly more work in month two. If you continue to show excellence through month two, we’ll then discuss transitioning to a full-time role with more responsibilities and pay.

7. Project Rejection Policy

You can decline a project if the scope or budget doesn’t work for you. However, if you reject more than 3 projects without a good reason, we may stop offering you future opportunities.

We aim to set fair prices and are willing to negotiate. That said, we expect flexibility and open communication from you regarding project acceptance.

8. Ending the Working Relationship

If you decide to stop accepting projects, you must notify us at least two weeks in advance. If you fail to do so, we reserve the right to withhold payment for any outstanding projects.

If you stop communicating with clients daily or fail to respond to us via Discord, email, or text, we reserve the right to reassign the project immediately to protect our reputation with clients for quick turnaround. We may also withhold payment and terminate the relationship if communication issues persist.

9. Communication Policy

Client Communication: You are required to send daily updates to the client, no matter the project length—whether it’s a one-day or two-week project. Use either text message or email through our CC360 sub-account.

Project Manager Communication: You must maintain prompt communication with our project manager via Discord. If you fail to respond to messages within 24 hours, the project may be reassigned, and you risk termination. We will provide warnings, but consistent failure to communicate will result in withheld pay and reallocation of the project. If Discord is unsuccessful, we will attempt to reach you via email or phone before reassigning the project.

10. Confidentiality

You’re required to keep all client and project information confidential. No sharing details about the work or clients unless we give you permission.

11. Intellectual Property

All work you complete for Course Creator 360 is our intellectual property unless we agree otherwise in writing.

12. Non-Solicitation

You are prohibited from reaching out to or soliciting our clients after working with them. Any attempt to solicit clients will result in legal action, including a cease and desist order and other measures.
