Can I Use Course Creator 360 as an Agency, White-Label It, or Resell It?
"Can I use Course Creator 360 for my agency clients?" "Can I white-label it?" "Can I resell it?" I get these a lot, usually from people who know CC360 runs on GoHighLevel and figure the agency features must be in there somewhere. Here's the honest answer, and the tool you should use instead if reselling is your business.
Short answer: Agencies use Course Creator 360 in two ways: run your clients on it (Premium includes one extra account, Elite includes five), or refer them and earn recurring commission through our affiliate program. Lots of agencies prefer that to becoming a software company. The one thing you can't do is put your own brand on the software and resell it as yours. If that's your business model, GoHighLevel's SaaS Pro plan at $497 a month is built for it.
What "agency" means in GoHighLevel, and why we skipped it
GoHighLevel was built for marketing agencies. The Unlimited plan gives you unlimited sub-accounts to run client businesses. SaaS Pro adds white-labeling, your own pricing, automatic client billing through Stripe and rebilling of phone and email usage. It's a business-in-a-box for people who sell software and services to other businesses.
Course Creator 360 gives you the full engine, plus extra accounts for more brands or clients, plus our support, deliverability setup and templates on every one of them. What it doesn't give you is a white-label login with your logo and your own billing. We made that choice on purpose: being the product, with our name on it and our team behind it, is what lets us support every account the way we do.

A warning about white-labeling from someone who did it
I run a company built on the GoHighLevel engine, so I know exactly what it costs to support one. People imagine white-labeling as "buy GoHighLevel for $497, sell it for $197 a seat, keep the difference." The reality is about ten times more expensive than that. You become the support desk, the onboarding team, the deliverability engineer, the trainer and the billing department for every customer. Our 24/7 support team alone is a bigger line item than the software. If you're a course creator thinking about white-labeling as a side income, please don't. Sell your course.
The common case: "I have a few clients and my own course"
Plenty of our members run a small agency and their own course business, all inside CC360. Your course business lives in your main account with the templates, deliverability and coaching. Your clients go on the extra accounts, where they get the same 24/7 support and email setup you do. If the agency side grows past five clients and you want your own brand on the login screen, that's the point to add a GoHighLevel SaaS Pro account for the agency and keep your course business here.
Frequently asked questions
Can I add clients as sub-accounts in Course Creator 360?
Yes. Premium includes one extra CC360 account and Elite includes five, and clients on those accounts get our support and templates. If you need more accounts than that, or need to bill clients through your own brand, GoHighLevel Unlimited or SaaS Pro is the right product for the agency side.
Can I rebrand the Course Creator 360 dashboard with my logo?
Your students see your brand everywhere: your domain, your course portal, your emails and your mobile app. The admin dashboard you log into is CC360's and can't be rebranded.
Does Course Creator 360 have an affiliate program?
Yes. You earn recurring commission for members you refer. Details are on our affiliate page.
I'm an agency. Should I put my course-creator clients on Course Creator 360?
Many do, because our templates and support do the heavy lifting for their clients. Either run them on your extra accounts, or have each client sign up through your affiliate link so you earn recurring commission while we handle the support. What you can't do is resell CC360 under your own name.
What does GoHighLevel's SaaS Pro cost?
$497 a month at the time of writing, on top of the usage costs you rebill to clients.
