How to Connect Claude or ChatGPT to Course Creator 360 (MCP and API)

More and more course creators run their business with an AI assistant next to them: Claude drafting the emails, ChatGPT building the launch plan, an agent updating the CRM. A customer recently told me he picked his platform based on which one his AI could work with best. Good news: Course Creator 360 works with all of them, the same way GoHighLevel does, because it's the same engine. Here's how to hook it up.

What "connecting Claude" actually gives you

MCP is a standard way for an AI assistant to use tools. Once connected, you can say things like:

• "Show me everyone who bought the course in the last 30 days but hasn't logged in."

Setup: Claude

1. In your CC360 account, go to Settings, then Private Integrations. Create a new integration, name it something like "Claude", and tick the scopes you want (contacts, calendars, opportunities, conversations are the usual set). Copy the token. It starts with pit-.
2. In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, then Add custom connector. Paste HighLevel's MCP server address: https://services.leadconnectorhq.com/mcp/anthropic/v2. Use your Private Integration token as the bearer token when it asks for authentication (or use the sign-in flow if your client offers it).
3. Ask Claude to list your calendars. If it answers, you're done.

Using Claude Code in a terminal instead? The command is claude mcp add --transport http leadconnector https://services.leadconnectorhq.com/mcp/anthropic/v2, then add your token in the connection settings.

Setup: ChatGPT and other tools

ChatGPT, Cursor, Gemini CLI and most agent frameworks now support remote MCP servers or plain REST. Use HighLevel's general MCP endpoint or the REST API directly with your Private Integration token. The steps are the same: create the token in CC360, add the server or the API base URL in the tool, grant scopes. Because these tools update their connector features often, check your tool's current instructions for "custom MCP server" or "custom connector."

Zapier, Make and webhooks

If you'd rather not touch tokens, CC360 has the same native Zapier and Make integrations as GoHighLevel, plus inbound and outbound webhooks in the workflow builder. Any AI tool that can call a webhook can trigger a CC360 automation, and any CC360 automation can call out to an AI step.
