How to Move From GoHighLevel to Course Creator 360 (and What You Can Take If You Ever Leave)
Two questions come up on almost every call with someone coming from GoHighLevel: "Can I bring what I've already built?" and "If I ever leave, can I take it with me?" Both deserve straight answers. Here they are.
Short answer: Moving in is easy. Send us a snapshot link from your GoHighLevel account, or have GoHighLevel transfer your sub-account to our agency, and we import your funnels, websites, courses and automations during onboarding at no extra charge. Moving out: your contacts, course files, domain and phone number are yours and we help you take them. A full copy of the account isn't provided by default, because it contains our templates and systems.
Moving from GoHighLevel into Course Creator 360
You have two paths. Both keep your work.

Things a snapshot doesn't carry, and how we handle them:
- Contacts. Export a CSV from GoHighLevel, import into CC360. Tags come along. Takes ten minutes.
- Phone number. Ask GoHighLevel support to port the number to your CC360 account. We'll give you the account details they need.
- Domain. Disconnect it from the old account, connect it in CC360, and update the DNS. We do this with you on the onboarding call.
- Uploaded media. Course videos and files come with the course in the snapshot. Random media library files may need re-uploading.
Coming from Kajabi, Teachable, Thinkific, Skool or ClickFunnels instead? There's no snapshot. Our migration service rebuilds it for you, typically $300 to $1,500 depending on size, with most people landing around $600.
Leaving Course Creator 360: what you can take
Nobody plans to leave, but you should know the answer before you sign up, not after. Here it is.

Why we don't hand out a full snapshot
Your CC360 account isn't a blank sub-account. On day one it holds our funnel templates, automation templates, email sequences, course portal build, and the systems we've spent years and a lot of money refining. That's the thing you're paying for instead of building. A snapshot of your account is a snapshot of all of that too, and it would let anyone rebuild CC360's product inside a $97 GoHighLevel account. So our terms don't include snapshots or sub-account transfers out as a standard feature. It's the same reason Kajabi won't export your site theme or Skool won't export your community structure.
The one exception we've offered: members on a prepaid annual Premium plan can request a transfer, reviewed case by case. If you're a serious agency builder who thinks you may want that door open, ask us before you sign up and we'll tell you exactly where you stand.
Everything you personally created and uploaded is yours and goes with you. The pre-built machine stays, the same way Kajabi keeps its themes and Skool keeps its community structure. That machine is also the reason most people never want to leave.

No. Snapshot imports from another GoHighLevel account are included in onboarding.
How long does a migration from GoHighLevel take?
A snapshot import is usually done within a day or two of receiving the link. Full rebuild migrations from other platforms typically take about a week.
Can I export my funnels and websites out of Course Creator 360?
You can copy your content and rebuild pages elsewhere, and you can take your domain. Share links for whole funnels aren't enabled by default because our templates are inside them. Ask support about your specific case.
Can I export my contacts out of Course Creator 360?
Yes, any time, as a CSV, with tags and custom fields.
Will I lose my email deliverability reputation when I move?
Moving in, we set up your sending domain fresh and you warm it. Moving out, the same is true anywhere you go. Plan two to four weeks of warm-up either direction.
