What the Course Creator 360 Free Trial Includes
Let me answer this the way I say it on camera. I do not want your money until you are for sure sold on this. When you join a free trial I actually lose money, because you are in there using the software, hopping on our calls and taking advantage of my support team before you have paid a cent. That is a risk I take on purpose, to prove the value to you. So no, we do not charge your card during the trial. It runs 14 days on Starter and 30 days on Premium and Elite, your card is verified at signup, and the first charge lands the day the trial ends.
Short answer: The trial is the whole plan, not a demo version. Unlimited courses, funnels, websites, contacts, automations, the template library, the training, the AI build tools, an onboarding call with a real person on Premium and Elite, and 24/7 chat. You enter a card at signup and it gets verified, not billed. Cancel any time inside the trial and you pay nothing. Stay, and a 30-day money-back guarantee covers your first paid month, so you get 60 days to decide. Pick Premium or Elite and the trial is 30 days instead of 14. See the four plans and what each trial length gets you.
What you actually get during the trial
Every feature on the plan you picked, on day one. Unlimited courses and video hosting, funnels and websites, the CRM and calendars, contacts, email and automations, the community, the mobile app on Premium and Elite, and your tier's template library. The training library is open too, so Course Creator Pro and the boot camp are yours while you are a member, trial included.
It is 30 days free for a reason. Join yourself, play around, see everything in there. Go through the boot camp, hop on the onboarding call, put our 24/7 chat through its paces. That last one is not a widget. It is real humans averaging a 58 second response time, and over 4,000 other creators already inside. Nobody puts a support team like that behind a trial unless they expect you to stay.
Two things people do not expect, and they matter most. On Premium and Elite the onboarding call happens inside the trial, where we connect your domain, your DNS and your sending email for you, the part that stops most people cold when they do it alone. And the AI tools build with you before you have paid anything: your course outline, the chronology of your modules, actual lesson plans inside every one of them, then your website and your funnel on top. A real build on a real account, not a sandbox.
Here is what the trial is actually for, and it is not clicking around. It is the month you move in. Your course, your pages, your funnel, your list, your calendar and your checkout all sit behind one login, and the other subscriptions come off your card as each piece lands. You do not have to move it all on day one, but almost everybody does, because one plan here usually costs less than the two or three tools it replaced.
14 days or 30 days, and how to make sure you get the 30
Trial length follows the plan, not the person. Premium and Elite get 30 days, Starter gets 14. Prices checked September 2026.
| Starter | Premium | Elite | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free trial | 14 days | 30 days | 30 days |

| Charged during the trial | $0 | $0 | $0 |
| Money-back guarantee on your first paid month | 30 days. On Premium and Elite that is 60 days of cover in total. | ||
| Onboarding call: domain, DNS and sending email set up for you | Not included | Included | Included |
| AI build tools: course outline, lesson plans, website, funnel | Included | Included | Included |

Read the money-back row again, because people miss it. We give 30 days free, and on top of that 30 days back on your first paid month. That is 60 days to find out whether what we offer beats any other platform out there, and I put that number on the table because I am not worried about how the comparison ends.
So if you are brand new, start on Premium. You get 30 days instead of 14, plus the onboarding call that puts your domain and sending email in place properly, worth more on its own than the difference in price. The shorter trial costs you 16 days you cannot get back. For what each tier is worth once you are paying, I did the price math here.
The exact day your card gets charged
Count from the day you sign up. Sign up April 4 on a 30-day trial and the first charge runs May 4. Nothing is charged before that day.
The card you enter at signup does get touched, and this is where the confusion starts. It is a verification check, not a payment, and I will tell you exactly why it is there. We went through a stretch of people opening trial accounts on stolen card numbers, real people's cards used by someone who was not them, with charges being attempted on accounts that should never have existed. So the check happens at the door instead of 30 days later. A pending line on your statement the day you sign up is that check, and it drops off.
The other reason I care about that check is what I see in our own numbers: sign up on a prepaid card and the account is far more likely to fail its first charge, which stalls a business at exactly the wrong moment. Use the card you actually run your business on. If a charge does fail later, nothing you built gets deleted, and one message to our chat sorts it out.
The one way people get burned: the annual plan has no trial
This is the single biggest source of surprise charges we have, and it is ours to own. The free trial only exists on monthly billing. Pick an annual plan at checkout and you are charged for the full year upfront, with no trial in front of it.
I know that trap exists because I went through the accounts of the people caught by it, one at a time, and the pattern never changed: they meant to pay monthly, they clicked the yearly option, and the whole year hit their card. So I opened our checkout pages that same session and stripped every mention of a free trial off the annual ones myself. Nobody here wants money you did not mean to spend, which is why our own worst checkout trap is written up in our own blog post: on monthly you get the entire platform for 30 days at zero risk, and the annual discount is still there for the day you have decided.
So: if you want the trial, pick monthly at checkout. If you already clicked annual by mistake, message support today rather than next month.
Cancelling inside the trial, and the cheaper door
You can cancel any time inside the trial with one message to support and you are never charged. No contract.
The opposite happens more often than you would think. I have been on calls where somebody wants their build started right now and says they do not have their card on them, and I get to tell them they do not need it: they already started a trial on the card on file. I stop the trial, it charges that day, and we get to work. That is a trial when the software has already done its job.
Now the part most people do not know about. If the reason for leaving is that life got in the way rather than the software, there is a cheaper door: Park. It is $29 a month, and the account stays exactly as you left it: courses, funnels, pages, contacts, automations, uploads, domain settings. Un-park whenever you are ready and the old plan and full access come back, which is why people who park come back to a business that is still standing instead of a folder of files to rebuild.
Debit cards, business cards, and the ones that get refused
Of everything people write in to ask before they sign up, more of it is about the card than about any single feature. So, plainly: a regular debit card works. Plenty of members run their subscription on one, and switching cards later is a two-minute job in the billing settings.
What does get refused sometimes is a business or corporate debit card, a prepaid card, or a card with a strict fraud lock. That is the processor's verification failing at signup, not a charge and not us declining you. Use a different card to start, then swap the payment method in your account before the first billing date. A signup page that errors or times out on your card is the same story, and our chat can get you in. And that is why we run the check at signup: the card that pays for your business gets verified before you have built anything on it, so your first real charge does not fail quietly after you launch.
Three dates to put in your calendar before you enter a card
Across the cancellation reasons we record, two sit at the top almost tied at about 1 in 5 each: too expensive, and never used it. That is one problem wearing two labels, because people pay for a month they never opened and then reasonably call it expensive. The same thing kills trials, and the fix is a calendar, not willpower.
So before you sign up, set three reminders. Day 1: book the onboarding call, that same hour. It is the highest-value thing in the trial, and the people who skip it are the ones who write to us on day 29. Day 7: have one thing live. A freebie behind a funnel and a working email is enough, and you do not need a finished course to do it. Day 25 on a 30-day trial, day 10 on a 14-day: sit down with your card statement and start cancelling what this platform already replaced.
Then start the trial in a week you can actually work on it. The people who tell us 30 days was not enough almost always signed up during a week they had no chance of using. If a free trial still feels too risky, and some of you are in that boat, that is exactly why we run demo calls: take 15 or 30 minutes with our team and make us go click by click through whatever you are unsure about. To sanity-check the fit on your own first, here is who it is built for.
Otherwise, do the simple thing. Pick Premium, take the 30 days, put the three dates in your phone, and find out on real work whether this is your platform. I am carrying the risk that month either way, so use it: join yourself and go build something.
Frequently asked questions
Does Course Creator 360 charge my card during the free trial?
No. The card is verified at signup so the account can be created, and it is not billed until the trial ends. You may see a temporary authorization line on your statement the day you sign up, and it drops off.
How long is the Course Creator 360 free trial?
14 days on the Starter plan and 30 days on Premium and Elite. Thirty days is the longest trial we offer. Prices and trial lengths checked September 2026.
How do I cancel my Course Creator 360 trial before I get charged?
You can cancel any time inside the trial with one message to support and you are never charged. There is no contract.
Is there a money-back guarantee after the trial ends?
Yes. There is a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first paid month, so on a 30-day trial you get 60 days in total to decide. Use that month rather than sitting on it: get a funnel and a working sending email live in it and the question stops being about refunds.
What happens to everything I built if I do not keep the plan?
We hold the account for 30 days with everything still in it, and coming back inside that window picks up where you left off. After 30 days there is no guarantee we can retrieve it, which is the whole reason Park at $29 a month exists. If it is a money or a timing problem rather than a software problem, Park keeps the account intact instead.
Can I use a debit card for the Course Creator 360 free trial?
Yes. Standard debit cards work. Some business or corporate debit cards, prepaid cards and cards with a fraud lock get refused by the payment processor at signup, so start with a different card and swap the payment method in your billing settings before the first charge. Prepaid cards in particular tend to fail the first real charge, so I would not build on one.
Does the annual plan come with a free trial?
No. Trials exist on monthly billing only, and an annual plan bills the full year upfront at checkout. Choose monthly if you want the trial. If you picked annual by mistake, message support today.
What else can I stop paying for once I am on Course Creator 360?
The course platform, the funnel builder, the website host, the email tool, the calendar, the checkout and the community app are all in the one plan, so those separate subscriptions come off your card. You do not have to move everything on day one, but the trial is the cheapest month to do it, and most people finish it paying one bill instead of four.
