Course Creator 360 Plans and Prices (September 2026)

September 06, 2026

Course Creator 360 has three plans: Starter at $97 a month, Premium at $147 and Elite at $297. All three run the same software, and nothing is locked behind a tier. What changes is email, templates, extra accounts and how much of my team you get. Prices checked September 5, 2026.

Short answer: $97, $147 or $297 a month, or $81, $119 and $239 a month if you pay for the year. Starter comes with a 14-day free trial, Premium and Elite come with 30 days. No setup fee on any plan. Courses, funnels, websites, CRM, calendars, automations and contacts are unlimited on all three, and so is 24/7 chat. Only phone and text usage, extra sub-accounts and optional services are billed on top. And because there's a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first paid month behind the 30-day trial, you get 60 full days to decide. Every current price is on the live pricing page.

More questions land in our inbox about price than anything else, so here's the answer with nothing held back: every price, every trial length, everything billed separately, and who owns the company.

The three plans, side by side

PlanPer monthPer month, billed annuallyFree trialWhat it adds over the plan below
Starter$97$8114 daysThe whole platform. Unlimited courses, products, funnels, websites, automations and contacts. 24/7 chat. 10 templates. Email billed as you send it.
Premium$147$11930 daysUnlimited email sending. Your sending domain and DNS set up for you on an onboarding call. 50+ funnel and website templates plus 50+ email and automation templates. One extra CC360 account.
Elite$297$23930 daysEvery template we've built plus the template hub. Priority support. Five CC360 accounts. Coaching calls every two weeks.

Annual is priced one way and there's no other math behind it: we take two months off the year. That's the whole discount. The trial then lives on monthly only, and that's deliberate. Two months off plus a 30-day trial is three months free before you've paid me anything, so the trial comes off when you pay for the year. Take the trial on monthly, decide, then move to annual. You end up with both, and that's exactly why most people do it in that order.

What you get on all three, including the $97 one

The thing I say at the top of every demo I record: features are a toolbox. Hammers and drills. They don't make you successful by themselves, and the toolbox is only about a third of what you need to sell a course. The other two thirds are the templates, the training, the coaching and the support on top. Here's the toolbox, identical on Starter, Premium and Elite. No plan here is missing the CRM, caps the funnels, or hosts only five courses:

  • Unlimited courses, lessons and video hosting, with quizzes, certificates, drip scheduling and student progress.
  • Unlimited funnels, websites, checkout pages, order bumps and upsells.
  • A full CRM with pipelines, contacts, tasks and notes. Calendars, booking, forms and surveys.
  • Email and SMS, workflow automations, memberships, communities, an affiliate manager, a social planner and the API.
  • Unlimited contacts and team members inside your account.
  • 24/7 live chat with a human. Our average first reply is 58 seconds and 98% of rated chats come back satisfied.
  • The AI tools that fill the account for you: a market research report on your course idea, a website with the copy written, and a course outline with lesson plans drafted in every module.

The honest limit on Starter is email and DNS. Sending is metered, and getting your domain set up so your emails land is on you. And the quieter part: supporting a $97 customer costs me money. Most platforms don't staff live chat on their cheapest plan, and the ones that do hand you a bot. We answer in 58 seconds on that plan too, which is exactly why $97 here still gets you a person at 2 a.m. when your checkout page won't publish.

What the extra $50 a month actually buys

Starter to Premium is $50, and it moves what decides whether a launch works.

Email stops being metered. Unlimited sends, so a 10,000-person list you email three times a week costs the same as a list of 200. How I think about that upgrade: if you're sending a lot of email, something is working. You built an audience and you're selling to it. Metered, that's the exact moment the bill starts growing, and a bill that scales with your best month is a bad shape for a bill.

We set up your sending domain and DNS on an onboarding call. Your emails land in the inbox or in spam, and the difference is a set of records most people have never touched. On Premium and Elite somebody on my team does it with you, in your first week.

The template library opens up. Ten templates on Starter, 50+ funnel and website templates plus 50+ email and automation templates on Premium, all of them on Elite. These are the pages and sequences behind the $25 million of courses I've sold or helped sell, not stock layouts.

And a second CC360 account comes with it. Kajabi, Skool, Teachable and the rest make you buy a whole second subscription the day you start a second brand. We hand you a second instance of the one you already pay for, which is the difference between a side project costing nothing and costing another $149 a month.

Elite is a different decision. Five accounts, every template, coaching every two weeks, and priority support, which in practice is an optional Zoom session with a veteran rep, half an hour to an hour, used however you want: a walkthrough, a stuck automation, or watching them build it with you. If you don't run several brands, Premium isn't a lesser version of the platform, it's the same platform with fewer accounts. I did the full price math against what you're paying now here.

What costs extra, and what never does

ItemWhat we charge
Setup or onboarding feeNone, on any plan. The onboarding call on Premium and Elite is included.
Email sendingIncluded and unlimited on Premium and Elite. Metered on Starter.
Phone numbers, calls and text messagesUsage based, funded from a wallet inside your account. Every platform carrying phone and SMS bills this way, because the carriers bill per message, and that's exactly why you pay for what you send instead of a surcharge for texts you don't.
Extra sub-accountsAvailable as an add-on beyond the one included with Premium or the five with Elite; ask support for the current price. It's a fraction of a second platform, which is exactly why people run their second brand in here.
Hiring a CC360 expert for a one-off buildAbout $35 for a funnel build, quoted per project. I priced that to break even and have never tried to make money on it, because the fastest way to keep somebody is to get the thing built before they give up.
Migration from another platformOptional. Typically $300 to $1,500, most people around $600. Priced to move you, not to profit on you, because the day your course lands in here is the day you cancel the platform you came from.
Go-To-Market packs and done-for-you buildoutsOptional, quoted separately. Nothing on this list is required to use the software.
Charges for adding a team member, a course, a funnel or a contactNone. Ever. That's what unlimited means here.

During your trial there is exactly one thing you can buy from us, and it's an expert to build something for you. That's on purpose. Anything bigger than Elite isn't a plan you can click, so I won't quote a number on a blog post. Book a demo and you'll get a real one.

Built on an engine we license, said in plain words

Course Creator 360 runs on the GoHighLevel platform, and I say that first because it should come from me. We license that engine, which is why the admin menus look built for agencies and why every feature the engine ships arrives here too. What you pay for is the layer on top: the templates, the training, the deliverability setup, the AI build tools, the coaching and a support team that only talks to course creators. A bare account on that engine is the engine with nothing in it, and the layer is exactly what you're buying. Here's the long version, including why "it's just a white label" is wrong.

The interface is the honest cost of that decision: more doors than a course platform. Your students never see any of it. They see your domain, your portal and your emails. And that's exactly why nobody here outgrows the tool the month they start selling: your second product, your affiliate program and your text follow-up are already in the account. The plan-for-plan cost breakdown is here.

Who you're actually buying from

Course Creator 360 is my company. Not owned by the platform we license, not a reseller storefront, not venture backed. I bought Course Creator Pro from my brother and built the software on top of that customer base, so the course and the platform are one product now. I've sold or helped sell $25 million of online courses.

  • Just under 5,000 course creators in the community, and over 3,000 people on the platform.
  • 4.9 out of 5 across 508 public reviews on Trustpilot, checked September 5, 2026. Read the one and two-star ones too. A 4.9 that holds up with every complaint next to it is the only rating worth anything.
  • Support is staffed 24 hours a day, by chat, email and text, at 58 seconds average first reply.
  • Most members have something live in two to four weeks. Learning the engine underneath on your own takes six months to a year, and I know because it took me six months in 2021.

Pick your plan in ten minutes

Start on Premium, on monthly billing. You get 30 days instead of 14, the difference between evaluating software and launching on it, plus your email domain set up on the onboarding call. If Starter turns out to be all you need, we'll move you down to $97 and confirm it in writing. Starting low costs you 16 trial days you can't get back.

My side of that deal, said plainly: I don't want your money until you're sure. I lose money while you're on a trial, because you're using the software, taking the onboarding call and leaning on my support team before you've paid me a dollar. That's the risk I take to prove it works, and it's why you get 60 days of it.

Then do two things in week one. Book the onboarding call the same hour you sign up, and get one thing live: a freebie behind a funnel with a working email going out. Take the 30 days on Premium here. Here's what the trial includes and the dates to put in your phone.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Course Creator 360 cost?

$97 a month for Starter, $147 for Premium and $297 for Elite. Paid annually that works out to $81, $119 and $239 a month, because the annual price is simply the year with two months taken off. No setup fee, and prices were checked against our live pricing page on September 5, 2026.

What is included in Course Creator 360?

Unlimited courses and video hosting, funnels, websites, checkout, a full CRM with pipelines, calendars and booking, forms, email and SMS, automations, memberships, communities, an affiliate manager, a social planner, the API, unlimited contacts and team members, the AI tools that draft your market research, website and course outline, and 24/7 chat. All of it is on every plan, including the $97 one. That's the toolbox, and the toolbox is about a third of it. The templates, coaching and support on top are the rest.

What's the difference between the Course Creator 360 plans?

Email, templates, accounts and support. Starter meters email and gives you 10 templates. Premium adds unlimited sending, your DNS and deliverability set up on an onboarding call, 50+ funnel and website templates, 50+ email and automation templates, and a second account. Elite adds every template, priority support with an optional Zoom session, five accounts and coaching every two weeks.

Does Course Creator 360 have a free trial?

Yes. 14 days on Starter, 30 days on Premium and Elite, on monthly billing. Annual plans have no trial and charge for the year at checkout, because the annual price already takes two months off and a trial on top would be three months free. Start monthly for the trial, switch to annual later for the discount. And the 30-day money-back guarantee on your first paid month means you've had 60 days before any of your money is at stake.

Are there any hidden fees with Course Creator 360?

No setup fee and no per-course, per-funnel, per-contact or per-user charges. Three things are billed on top: phone and text usage, funded from a wallet in your account the way every platform carrying them does it; extra sub-accounts, an add-on you can ask support to price; and optional services like a migration or an expert build.

Can I change plans after I sign up?

Yes, up or down, and my team handles the switch and confirms it in writing. Most of the movement is upward, and it's usually email that does it: people cross the line where they send enough to notice the metering, which is the same line where their audience started buying. Downgrades happen too, and I'd rather move somebody to $97 than lose them over $50.

What happens to everything I built if I need to step away for a while?

Nothing gets deleted. We have a product called Park, $29 a month, and support can put you on it. Your account stays open through the last day you've paid for, then locks with everything exactly as you left it: courses, funnels, pages, contacts, automations, uploads and domain settings. While it's parked you can't log in or edit, and your students' access is part of that locked account, so Park is a vault, not a cheaper way to keep selling. Un-park whenever you're ready and your old plan and full access come back, so you restart where you stopped instead of from an empty account.

What do I actually save by moving everything onto Course Creator 360?

One $147 subscription replaces the stack. When I built the demo of our top ten features I priced what each one replaces: course hosting, across Kajabi, Teachable, Thinkific, Podia and the rest, averages about $149 a month. Community tools sit around $100. Contracts and e-signing, about $47. That's roughly $300 before an email tool, a funnel builder, a scheduler or a CRM, and none of those logins talk to each other. You don't have to move all of it on day one; move the course and one funnel first, then the list. Most people cancel the rest within weeks anyway, which is exactly why I'll do a migration at a price I make nothing on.

Is Course Creator 360 owned by GoHighLevel?

No. It's an independent company I founded and own. We license the platform it runs on and build our product, templates, training, support and services on top, which is why the engine is identical and the rest of it isn't.

Who is Course Creator 360 built for?

People who sell what they know: course creators, coaches, membership owners and digital product sellers. That's exactly why they open the account and find pages, emails and automations already shaped like the way they sell.

I have sold or helped sell more than $25 million worth of online courses. I built Course Creator 360 because the software I needed didn't exist: the GoHighLevel engine with the templates, email setup, support and coaching a course creator actually needs. More than 10,000 course creators have come through our training and software, and I still run the strategy calls myself.
