Who Is Behind Course Creator 360? Meet the Team
About fifteen full-time people work at Course Creator 360, and their entire job is getting you launched: welcome calls, onboarding calls, support, builds. The company is owned by its founder, Stockton Walbeck, it has been running since July 2022, and his name is on the software, the ads and the YouTube channel on purpose.
Short answer: Course Creator 360 is Stockton Walbeck's software company. We have been selling online courses since 2016, and the software got built because the tool we wanted did not exist. The people behind it are a welcome call team, an onboarding team that gets on Zoom and sets up your domain and email, a support team on chat 24/7, a build team, and a founder who runs the coaching calls. Start the 30-day trial here.
Here's the team intro we filmed back in January 2021, before any of this was software. At the time Course Creator Pro was a course that taught people how to build and sell online courses, and the marketing side of it, the ads and the funnels and the emails and the backend, was already being run the way it gets run here today. Watch it and you can see exactly where the company came from.
Why the channel carries a person's name instead of the company's
In 2026 we renamed our social channels from Course Creator 360 to Stockton Walbeck. That was a deliberate call, and here is exactly why it got made. People want a relationship with a person, not with a business. Look at the big platforms in this category and their channels have no face on them at all, just brand accounts posting brand things. When you can't tell who the human is, you can't decide whether to trust them, and trust is most of the sale.
So we put a face on it. When you watch a video about how we sell courses, it's the founder telling you what we did this month, not a marketing department writing in the company voice. When something breaks and people are upset, there's a named person who answers for it instead of a support address. We would rather be the company you can point at than a logo you can't.
The tradeoff is that a personal channel makes the company look smaller than it is. That's a real cost and we took it on purpose, because the alternative is a faceless brand nobody checks up on. If you want to see how we handle the claims we make in public, it's written out in how you can verify anything we say.
Where Course Creator 360 actually came from
The best argument for online education is the one traditional education makes for it. A first college class that opens with a welcome, plays a thirty minute YouTube video, hands out the homework and sends everyone home is an hour somebody paid for and a video that did the teaching. That gap is the whole business. People will pay to be taught properly, by the person who actually did the thing, and they will pay more for that than for the credential.
Course Creator Pro was the course built on that idea, and it ran on the same skill set the software now automates: ads, funnels, email sequences, the whole backend of a course business. Running it meant paying for roughly $8,000 a month of separate subscriptions stitched together, one tool for the course, another for the funnels, another for email, another for the CRM, and none of them talking to each other. That bill is the reason this software exists.
Course Creator Pro became Course Creator 360, and we launched the software in July 2022 with one employee and the customers the course already had, so this company never had a from-scratch day where nobody was using it.
That history is the reason the product is shaped the way it is. The course and the software are one thing now: the training that teaches you how to sell is inside the same login as the funnels, the emails, the CRM and the course portal. You are not buying a tool and then hunting for someone to teach you how to use it. Both come with the account.
The people you'll actually talk to
Most software companies put a chat widget on the page and call that a team. Here's who is on the other end of ours and when you meet them.
| Who | When you meet them | What they do for you |
|---|---|---|
| Welcome call team | Within 24 hours of signing up, usually the first 15 minutes | An actual phone call. They get you logged in and book your onboarding call. They try three times before they leave you alone. |
| Onboarding team | Within five business days of signing up | A 30 to 45 minute Zoom call where they set your DNS records, connect your domain and email, walk the platform with you and get you to a first real action inside the account. |
| Support team | The moment you open the chat, any hour, any day | 24/7 live chat, average first reply under a minute, 98% satisfaction on our internal scoring. They only support course creators, so they've seen your exact question this week. |
| Build team | When you want it done for you | Funnels, websites, automations and email sequences built by our contractors, with a head of project management checking the work before it comes back to you. |
| Retention team | The day you ask to cancel | A person calls you and asks what went wrong. Half the time it's one setting nobody showed you. |
| The founder | On the coaching calls and in the community | Live calls on what's selling right now, plus a community of just under 5,000 course creators, some doing six and seven figures, answering each other. |
Two of those slots are the ones nobody else in this category staffs. Nobody at the platform you're on right now is going to phone you the day after you sign up, and nobody is going to spend 45 minutes setting up your email deliverability on a screen share. That work is included on Premium and Elite, on both of the plans with a 30-day trial, and it happens before your first charge.
The number that made us build the team this way
We went back through every cancellation from the first quarter of 2026 and sorted them by reason. The single biggest one was not price, and it was not a missing feature. About 46% of the people who cancelled had never meaningfully used the platform. They signed up, never got started, and left before they ever saw it work.
That number changed how the company is staffed. It's why a human calls you inside 24 hours instead of sending a welcome email, why the onboarding call is a real call with a real setup instead of a help doc, and why the target is a first win in your first week. Customers who get one cancel at a dramatically lower rate. Everything else we could build is downstream of you actually logging in and finishing something.
It's also why we're blunt about the fit. If you want the honest version of who this is built for, read the fit check before you pay us anything.
The part we got wrong
For a stretch, the done-for-you builds were the thing customers complained about most in the entire company. We were running dozens of build projects a month through part-time contractors, and turnaround times slipped and quality moved around depending on who picked up the job. We are not going to pretend that was fine. About 1 in 8 people on our sales calls tells us some version of the same story before they ever get to us: they paid for done-for-you somewhere else and it wasn't done. One of them put it as simply as anyone has: nobody has truly helped me.
So we put a head of project management on it whose only job is checking work before it reaches you, a second person chasing every open project daily, and a public directory of vetted CC360 experts for the work that needs a specialist. You can now see who is building your thing and what stage it's at instead of waiting and hoping. That's the difference between a company that hides its worst number and one that staffs against it.
We're not a 200-person company, and that's the point
Here's the honest picture. About fifteen full-time people, plus contractors. No offices, no call center, no support tier that costs $300 a month to switch on. The team is spread across time zones on purpose, which is the actual reason the chat is staffed around the clock. The founder runs the company from Japan most of the year, which means he is awake and answering while a chunk of our customers are asleep.
A team that size means we can't do everything a company with a hundred engineers can do. What it does mean is that when something is broken, the decision to fix it takes one conversation, and the person who makes that call reads the support inbox. Every feature request that people repeat lands in front of the founder, not in a queue three departments deep. Small is why the response time is under a minute instead of under a week.
How to check every word of this before you pay us
Don't take our word for any of it. Read the 508 reviews on our Trustpilot page, which sits at 4.9 stars as of September 2026, and notice how many of them name a support or onboarding rep by their first name. Then look at what the review-roundup sites get wrong about us, which we went through line by line here, and see whether the people writing those articles have ever logged in.
Then test the team, not the marketing. Take the trial, wait for the welcome call, book the onboarding call and make them set up your domain and your email while you watch. Open the chat at 2am with a hard question. If you want to interrogate a human before any of that, book a demo call and ask us anything, including the uncomfortable questions. The people who do this test are the ones who join and stay, because they've already met the part of the company that actually determines whether you launch. Take the 30-day trial and put us to work in week one.
Frequently asked questions
Who owns Course Creator 360?
Stockton Walbeck, the founder and CEO. It is his own software company, launched in July 2022. The business behind it has been selling online courses since 2016.
Is Course Creator 360 a real company or one person reselling software?
A real company with about fifteen full-time people plus a contractor bench: welcome calls, onboarding, support, builds, sales and marketing, all in-house roles. You will speak to several of them in your first week, by phone and on Zoom, before your trial ends.
What is the connection to Course Creator Pro?
Course Creator Pro was the course that taught how to build and sell online courses, and it is now Course Creator 360. The training and the software are one product, which is why your subscription includes both.
Will I actually talk to a human, or is support a bot?
Humans. Live chat 24/7 with an average first reply under a minute, a phone call in your first 24 hours, and a 30 to 45 minute onboarding call on Zoom. We use AI inside the product for writing and building, never as the wall in front of our support team.
Does Stockton actually run the coaching calls?
Yes. He runs the strategy calls himself on what is working in our own business right now, and the team runs the tech calls where you screen share and get your problem fixed live. Elite includes coaching calls every other week.
How do I know the team can help with my kind of business?
Because we only serve one kind: people selling what they know. Courses, coaching, memberships, digital products. That focus is why our reps have answered your question before, and it's the same reason the patterns in what seven-figure course creators do differently come from our own customers rather than from a study someone else ran.
